Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created plans to develop the substantial island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, marked on the south-eastern section.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a key detailing distinct sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for marina coverings.
More documentation made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
